About Us

Al-Ikhwan Charity Foundation was registered with Corporate Affairs Commission with Registration Number CAC/lT/No 124286 under the trustees and Allied Matters Act 1990 to give statuary weight to our vision, mission and philosophy as it is reflected in our activities.

Al-Ikhwan Charity Foundation has since streamlined her functions with the MDGs particularly in the training consultation, orientation and empowerment of the most vulnerable members of the society, women, youth and Children.

About The Foundation / Founder/CEO

Al-Ikhwan Charity Foundation/aka Humanitarian Outreach is the inspirational child of Phil Bilkisu Jibrin Saulawa, FISEN an orphan, a hardworking. Committed and compassionate lady and sister.

Phil Bilkisu Saulawa is a philosopher who has adopted, trained less privileged children and orphans, her wealth of experience gained from about 15 years of philanthropy and advocate for the less privileged has prepared her for the counting demands of this NGO, her passion for the orphans and less privilege has gained her recognition and honors from within and outside Nigeria. Former Senior Special Assistant to the Former Governor of Katsina State Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari, and State Director of Nigeria Youth Chamber of Commerce a various empowerment program was conducted in her office for the betterment of the less privilege women and youth in the state which was commenced very excellent integrity and transparency with a good record and honor by the executive governor and some member of his cabinet and stakeholders in the state.
